Discovery call & 2 check-ins prior
Vendor communication week of the event
Full wedding day management: timeline, décor setup, vendor coordination, and event support through cleanup

Discovery call and monthly check-ins (video or in person)

Can you work with vendors we’ve already chosen?
Absolutely. We’re happy to collaborate with your preferred vendors and integrate them seamlessly into the planning process. If you need recommendations, we also provide curated vendor partners aligned with your style and budget.
How far in advance should we book a wedding planner?
Most couples book 9–18 months before their wedding date. However, we also accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows. The earlier we begin, the more intentional and seamless the planning process can be.
What is your planning style?
Our style is simple: keep things stress-free, keep things personal, and make sure your day feels like you. No cookie-cutter timelines, no pressure to follow traditions you don’t care about. We’re here to listen, guide, and build a celebration that reflects your relationship from start to finish.
Do you travel for weddings?
We primarily serve Virginia, Maryland, and DC, but we happily travel for destination weddings and events outside our home base. Travel fees vary depending on location and scope, and we’ll provide transparent details during your consultation.

Yes. We offer flexible payment structures to make planning more accessible. We’ll walk through options during your consultation.
